Topic: Eliezer Ben Yehuda: The Making of Modern Hebrew
 
When Eliezer Ben-Yehuda arrived in the Land of Israel in 1881, Hebrew had not yet been a spoken language. It was an ancient Biblical Language. Trying to figure out what would be the common language in the Land of Israel, Ben-Y'ehuda realized it had to be Hebrew. He revived and modernized the Biblical Language against all odds! Today, Hebrew is spoken by 9 million Israelis. Come learn about the challenges of this "Impossible Dream" made into reality.

Synonymous with big sunglasses and the little black dress, many are unaware of the hardships she endured in Nazi-occupied Holland while growing up. Starring in classic movies such as "Sabrina. *My Fair Lady" and of course. "Breakfast at Tiffany's', iconic Audrey Hepburn devoted much of her time as a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Children's Fund.
